Scope of Work

OUTERLINED CONTRACTOR LLC will perform work at the Customer address listed in accordance with the detailed scope of work attached to the estimate e-signed and approved by the Customer.

Change Orders

OUTERLINED CONTRACTOR LLC will perform only those services approved in writing or e-signed by the Customer. If the Customer requires services not listed in the scope of work, a written change order shall be created and signed by both parties prior to the performance of such work.

Permits, Licensing & Approvals

Insurance & Loss Coverage

• The Customer agrees to maintain adequate property insurance to protect against loss or damage due to theft, fire, vandalism, etc.
• Outerlined Contractor LLC agrees to maintain reasonable liability insurance to protect against personal injury or loss.
• Both parties agree to provide copies of their respective insurance certificates to one another.

Property Access

• The Customer agrees to be present at the scheduled work time to ensure reasonable access to the working area, including parking space.
• Outerlined Contractor LLC agrees to contact the Customer 48 hours prior to arrival to schedule an appropriate arrival time, and agrees to make a reasonable effort not to disturb or damage Customer property outside of any demolition required for the project.

Punctuality, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

In order to accommodate our customers with work completed in a timely manner, punctuality is critical. Our servicemen will arrive within a 30-minute time frame. If unable to honor a scheduled appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule to the next available time.

Site Conditions

The scope of work and pricing are based on conversations and walkthroughs completed by both parties. Outerlined Contractor LLC has taken reasonable measures to ensure the scope represents the entire project requirements, but cannot guarantee a final price due to the possibility of unforeseen complications.

Outerlined Contractor LLC will do its best to remove construction debris. Servicemen will take everything that fits in a garbage bag and neatly pile any larger pieces per your direction. Removal of debris is usually included in the scope of work. If not, any removal from the premises will be the sole responsibility of the Customer — though we will be happy to refer a hauling subcontractor.

Payment Terms

The Customer shall pay to Outerlined Contractor LLC the amount stipulated in the approved estimate, together with all additional costs for additional work or services, on the dates specified for payment.

• By approving the Outerlined Contractor LLC quotation, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
• Outerlined Contractor LLC shall not be bound by Customer payment terms unless agreed in a dated written and signed document.
  The risk of payment by checks through post or electronic transfer rests with the Customer.
• Returned checks will incur a processing fee in addition to the full amount due.
• The Customer shall under no circumstances be entitled to withhold payment for any reason. Withholding payment shall be deemed a material breach of the agreement.
• Outerlined Contractor LLC shall be entitled to invoice each delivery or performance separately.
• The Customer shall pay the full amount within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of invoice.
  6.1 — A 10% interest charge will apply on outstanding amounts not paid within 7 days of the invoice date, applied every 7 days until paid in full.
  6.2 — The Customer must notify Outerlined Contractor LLC within 5 days with a written explanation of payment delay and a written arrangement agreement.
• If an account is not settled, Outerlined Contractor LLC is entitled to forward a demand letter using a third party.
• Outstanding accounts are subject to default listings on a national credit bureau database. On payment, the listing will be adjusted to "Paid Default."
• Only electronic fund transfers, credit/debit cards, cleared bank checks, cash or deposits will be accepted.

Final Inspection

Prior to making final payment, the Customer will have the opportunity to review all completed work with Outerlined Contractor LLC. The Customer is authorized to withhold final payment until any incomplete or unsatisfactory work is addressed.

Warranty

Exclusions: Normal workmanship defects, natural imperfections only visible upon close inspection, and natural curing cracks in caulk, grout, and concrete. We are not liable for materials or products provided by the customer or their agents. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied materials.

• Claims must be notified to Outerlined Contractor LLC upon discovery of any issues.
• Repairs or work done by third parties without prior notification and without allowing a reasonable period to correct work will void this warranty.
• This warranty is transferable under the service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

The Customer and Outerlined Contractor LLC agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any disagreements related to this contract between themselves. In the event that both parties cannot reach an agreement, both agree to resolve the issue through a civil court. The decision of that court shall be considered final.

Governing Law

This Outerlined Contractor LLC contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
